Huntington’s Cinema Arts Centre & Chef Martin Butera Join Forces in Forks & Films

Huntington’s Cinema Arts Centre has an on-going weekly online cooking show featuring Chef Martin Butera as he prepares dishes inspired by famous movies.

Chef Martin guides viewers through each step of how to make the episode’s dish, along with demonstrating helpful cooking techniques.

Episodes thus far have included:

Episode 5: Family Ties – Learn how to make an authentic heart-warming Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice, then enjoy it while watching The Farewell.

Episode 4: It’s Greek To Me – Prepare Butera Rice Pudding & Greek Lemon Potatoes, inspired by My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

Episode 3: Learn to make two delicious versions of nachos – Butera Baked Nachos and Butera Baked “Pizza Nachos”, inspired by the company party scene from Big!

Episode 2: Learn to prepare Ratatouille, inspired from the movie (you guessed it) Ratatouille!

Episode 1: Chef Martin Butera will prepare the meatballs from Lady and The Tramp!
