For over 45 years, CN Guidance & Counseling Services has helped those struggling with mental health and substance use conditions to recover. The 5th Annual Taste of Hope Gala, which benefits this worthy cause, was held at the Heritage Club at Bethpage.
Guests enjoyed tastings from the area’s best restaurants and celebrated chefs, such as Small Batch, The Snapper Inn, T.O.A., Twizzles Tasty Treats, American Classic Ice Cream, and Seasons 52, as well as sips of the finest wines and brews.
This year’s event honored Paul D. Tusa, President of Tusa & Associates CPA, P.C., and Richard P. Dina, a Non-Profit Executive, Leader, and Advocate with over 50 years experience in the human resources field, for their dedication and commitment to the cause, agency and the community.
While attendees tasted delectable desserts, they were entertained by Tradewinds The Band, and the Nassau County Police Emerald Society Pipe Band. Attendees were also able to participate in a raffle and silent auction during the evening. There was a tremendous amount of support for the evening’s event, which helped the CN Guidance & Counseling Services continued effort to provide services to nearly 7,000 Long Islanders annually – adults, children and families living with mental health and substance use conditions.
